Marketing Manager

You are an experienced, strategy-forward Marketing Manager who will contribute to the management and evolution of Instrument’s global presence - both internally and externally.

You stay one step ahead of social trends, strategically build engagement and brand loyalty, and enrich earned media marketing strategies. In this role, you will define and own all of Instrument’s branded engagement opportunities, marketing and communications, from concept and planning to flawless execution to meaningful analytics and reporting. Polished yet scrappy, you’re an entrepreneurial self-starter who can oversee multiple projects at a time; y​ou value making over process by moving quickly from talking to doing.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage marketing programs that increase brand awareness, engage and attract new potential clients and inspire talent to join our growing teams
  • Lead global marketing strategy and tactics across all owned, earned and paid channels that meet and exceed business metrics, while ensuring brand messages are reflective of the diverse, global audience for our work
  • Work with the VP of Marketing to develop yearly marketing plans while collaborating with internal leaders to establish strategic roadmaps, define KPIs, and create content calendars to achieve business objectives
  • Create leading edge, best-in-class communications that deliver the vision of Instrument’s strategic pillars while capitalizing on digital marketing initiatives such as email, social media, speaking events and other PR channels
  • Manage all current social channels: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Github, YouTube, and Medium
  • Analyze ongoing social media initiatives, measuring ROI of paid social strategies, and reporting on results with clear, actionable insights
  • Lead CRM strategy, execution and management
  • Manage cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors in fast paced environment to ensure alignment and timelines are met

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of professional marketing experience and proven success in building audiences for large brands through social media and digital content
  • Familiarity and experience with a wide range of social media platforms, PR and marketing strategies, and analytic tools
  • Strong understanding of paid media across multiple channels using a variety of tactics with direct experience analyzing metrics to strategize toward business KPIs
  • Experience building tracking and management systems from the ground up
  • Experience promoting and highlighting important company initiatives
  • Experience pitching, developing and supporting PR stories
  • Curious, strategic mind, and strong eye for visual design
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, collaboration, problem-solving and leadership skills
