  • Ensure project deliverables meet client goals and timeline deadlines, pivoting as needed when identified with EP/ED and/or other team lead collaboration
  • Act as the primary contact for clients and facilitate day-to-day project needs with the internal team, being the translator and connector between the two
  • Facilitate easy communication and collaboration across disciplines within your project teams, providing an inclusive and integrated team that works together to solve problems and adjust accordingly
  • Proactively foresee and advocate for what the work needs (even if it’s not in scope), holding all things as equally important: team, client, user
  • Build relationships with clients from a partnership mentality
  • Manage relationships and processes with partner vendors (including QA, localization, media, and production) and/or freelancers as an integrated part of the project team.
  • Develop methods for quickly understanding a project, as well as a client’s brand guidelines, tech specs, and systems
