  • Manage project accounting as a partner to project lead; tracking budget costs, hours, and reporting up to project leadership on overages/scope evolutions. You’ll be fluid and understand the nuances of scope changes and lead basic scope overage conversations including creative problem solving to managing the project and client satisfaction.
  • You’ll be a contributor to team health and have a firm understanding of managing a team. Consistently moving the team forward, monitoring and supporting team health, and maintaining project momentum.
  • Creates QAs, and contributes to client presentation and co-creation of project artifacts with the project team as lead or support as assigned to the project.

You’ll bring a solutions-oriented mindset to all resourcing conversations to ensure project success of all agency projects.
  • Manage relationships and processes with partner vendors (including QA, localization, media, and production) and/or freelancers as an integrated part of the project team.
  • Bring your strategic point of view to the brief, team, and approach consistently asking questions to the team and client to deepen your understanding of the project and client rather than executing on the task solely as outlined as a key contributor to the success of the project. Not just a "get it done" -- but "how can this be better", "what does success look like", "is this innovative" mindset.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years experience producing digital/web or brand/design/ comms projects.
  • A passion for digital work and a mindset of innovation and a drive to create an inclusive welcoming environment.
