As a Senior Creative Recruiter at Instrument, you'll navigate seamlessly between supporting Instrument’s leaders and discovering amazing creative talent. This position will provide recruiting support for our Creative discipline, working closely with our VP Creative and Creative Leaders to build out talent strategies, programming and recruiting for key roles across the agency. Reporting to the Director of Recruiting, you’ll own sourcing, interviewing and offers with full time and freelance creative candidates across teams and geographies.
