Senior Strategist

You are an experienced senior strategist that enjoys applying well-informed brand and consumer insights to produce beautiful, yet functional digital products, services, and engagement platforms. You understand the nuances and complexities of how a brand shows up across the digital landscape and can explain that brand’s purpose in a way that’s authentic, inspiring, and innovative. From driving loyalty to launching new products and services, you understand how to use digital technologies to connect brands with their customers. You know your client’s business as well as, or better than they do - and know how to maintain vibrant client relationships that contribute to the bottom line.

What You’ll Do

  • Report into Strategy Director
  • Lead the strategy process on 1-2 brand and digital client projects within an integrated client team
  • Partner with the account leadership team to build and deeper trusted relationships with clients
  • Support (and sometimes lead) the research into industry trends, competitive information, along with consumer insights to create and present concepts and recommendations in a compelling way to our teams and senior-level clients
  • Experience navigating the balance of customer needs, client goals and the requirements of the team throughout a project
  • Use quantitative and qualitative research to produce meaningful insights that guide creative concepts
  • Work with your team, but also operate autonomously and provide value throughout the entire project cycle
  • Partner with the Strategy Director on your team to contribute to the broader strategic direction across the team, including creating case studies and sharing internal knowledge, mentoring junior strategists and creating deeper relationships with clients
  • Refine, manage and implement process for ongoing content projects with established templates and editorial calendars

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of strategy experience which includes leading digital content programs and editorial campaigns for large and small brands across a variety of industries
  • Experience with all phases across the design process, from discovery and design, into development and release
  • A broad set of strategic skills and experiences across digital brand, digital content and information architecture, digital user experience and interaction design, mobile applications, digital marketing, social media and campaigns, and digital transformation
  • Experience leading and supporting workshops with mid-senior level clients using design-thinking frameworks
  • Experience with closely collaborating within large diverse teams
