  • While embedded and in collaboration with project teams, lead user testing tasks including recruiting participants, designing surveys and interview guides, moderating remote and in-person interviews, conducting data analysis, identifying insights and generating reports
  • In partnership with the project team, define reporting and measurement metrics that align with overall project and usability goals
  • Prepare and present approaches, insights and recommendations in a compelling and impactful way to internal teams and clients
  • Be an agency-wide advocate for putting humans at the center of digital experiences that we design for clients

  • Proven experience with multiple research and testing methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, as well as analytics and business intelligence tools
  • Ability to contribute meaningfully to the work, with an understanding of the design, technical and business implications associated with strategic recommendations, even when tasked with working on an engagement for a only portion of its lifecycle
  • Proven success partnering with and presenting to clients, managing their requests and implementing feedback
  • Experience working and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary team including creative and technical partners
  • Ability to think and act quickly in a team setting, getting onboarded to a project and diving in head-first, finding and following the right tact for all internal and external stakeholders
  • Nuts and bolts: strong writing and communication skills, familiarity with design (Sketch, Figma, InVision), analysis (Excel, SPSS), and productivity (Google and Microsoft suites) tools.
