Strategy Director — You have experience conducting research, creating communications plans, content strategies, media rollout plans, and post-launch optimization strategies. You’re naturally independent, but also thrive in highly collaborative settings. You have a strong, original point of view and facilitate the creativity of others—pushing your team’s thinking in pursuit of beautiful, meaningful, functional work.
What you’ll do

Contribute to the concepting phase of creative development, facilitate team brainstorming, and help bring ideas to life with fresh thinking

You quickly learn any client’s business and translate the needs of brand and audience to the project at hand

Present research, creative concepts, comms plans, and content strategies in an impactful way to clients and internal teams

Collaborate seamlessly with teammates from a range of disciplines

Have a proactive work style. Know when to take the initiative, think big or small (as needed), work independently or collaboratively, and provide value throughout the entire project cycle

What you’ll bring

8+ years of agency and digital content strategy and campaign experience, with a strong knowledge of communications planning, media, and social

Strong body of work including experience in brand and campaign storytelling, with an emphasis on digital content strategy and distribution

Experience concepting, planning and executing campaigns for enterprise level clients

Experience working with tech or lifestyle brands and products

Strong communicator and presenter
