The Challenge
Amid rapid growth and an investment in the brand's evolution, the AlphaSense website needed to evolve to match the maturity of the business. The previous web experience made it difficult to surface the business' strongest stories and pathways to value. And in a crowded, increasingly noisy AI landscape, AlphaSense needed a digital presence that clearly articulated the differentiated business model the company had spent over a decade building.

Putting insights into action
We reimagined the site experience from the ground up—streamlining architecture, sharpening navigation, and using audience insights to clarify AlphaSense’s value. A modular page system and new creative framework now guide users through cohesive, resonant product storytelling brought to life through purposeful visual abstraction.
At the core is a scalable, future-ready design system paired with an innovative new webstack. Together, they enable internal teams not only to create pages, update messaging, and launch features with speed and consistency, but to build bespoke web applications, ingest product data seamlessly, and power entirely new digital touchpoints—even beyond the site.

Technical Diligence
To address scalability, performance, security, and editorial control, our dev team undertook an exhaustive CMS selection process. We evaluated the architectural implications, tested for extensibility, mapped integration pathways, and assessed SEO impacts. Ultimately, we recommended Sanity CMS, a custom-built Next.js front end, and secure Vercel hosting — a combination designed to meet immediate goals and provide a foundation for long-term growth.


Speed and precision
We engineered the platform end to end, establishing coding standards, building a schema-driven library of 50+ reusable components that ensure AlphaSense can keep evolving its story at the pace of innovation while also creating a flexible page builder in Sanity that lets AlphaSense design and launch complex, branded pages without developer intervention.
Using scripted automation, regex-driven content mapping, and AI-assisted formatting for speed and accuracy, we migrated over 1700 pages, across 14 page types and 38 templates into the new system, preserving redirects and SEO integrity, and validating all content in staging before launch.

Bold steps forward
The new site debuted as a defining moment in the AlphaSense brand evolution, earning press coverage from outlets like Venturebeat and PRNewsWire and immediate traction with users. Performance matched perception: the platform scored perfect 100s across Lighthouse’s performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO categories.
From the launch of the new site, early analytics show a 24% increase in conversion rate, a 16% decrease in bounce rate, and a 24% rise in average session duration—clear signals of deeper engagement and clearer paths to action. With this foundation, AlphaSense now has a platform that sharpens signal from noise and delivers every user the confidence and momentum to move forward.
